I am a highly skilled and experienced fullstack developer with a strong background in backend programming, frontend development, and infrastructure management. With ten years of industry experience, I have successfully delivered numerous projects and contributed to the growth and success of various organizations.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in a wide range of projects, demonstrating expertise across many technologies and tools.     Feedback Management / NPS

    • Developed a cloud-based pipeline to ingest customer feedback data from an external platform into BigQuery.
    • Built a PII cleaning process to sanitize sensitive free-text feedback with an LLM before downstream reporting.
    • Built and maintained scheduled jobs and SQL views transforming feedback data into reporting-ready datasets.
    • Ran scheduled batch jobs on Google Cloud Run and Cloud Scheduler.
    • Managed infrastructure, BigQuery resources, and deployments with Terraform.
